American Cranberries Cheesecakes
Ingredients (for 6 people)
- 3 egg white
- 200 cream
- 600 Exquisa "Creamy" Cream Cheese
- 150 sugar
- 50 corn starch
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 3 egg yolk
- 75 cranberries
To prepare the sauce you will need:
- 200 soft fruit
Separately, beat the egg white and the cream until stiff. Stir well Exquisa “Creamy Classic”, sugar, starch, lemon juice and the egg yolk. Mix in the beaten egg white, the cream and the cranberries. Next, heat the oven at 180°C, grease heat-resistant screw-glasses or drinking cups, add the dough into the respective containers and bake for approx. 40 minutes.
Before serving, remove the small cakes from the screw-glasses or drinking cups. To finish, puree the soft fruits and use as sauce on top of the cakes.
Hint: close the screw-cap jars while hot and preserve your dish for up to six month. You can also wrap the glasses as a gift or snack them when you are hungry.
