Ingredients (for 7 people)

For the dough:
For the topping:
  • 200 butter
  • 80 brown sugar
  • 200 chopped almonds


For the dough, mix the baking powder with the flour in a bowl, add the cream cheese and the remaining ingredients. Mix everything with a hand mixer (dough hook) for approx. 1 minute to a dough. Then roll the dough out on a greased baking sheet.

For the topping, melt the butter, mix in the sugar and the almonds and spread them consistently on the dough.

Bake the cake at 200° degrees approx. 15 minutes.
