Fromage Frais au gratin with seasonal fruits
Ingredients (for 3 people)
- 250 Fromage Frais Natural
- 1 egg-yolk
- 1 tbs. icing sugar
- 1 whipping cream stabilizer
- 1 egg white
- 100 seasonal fruits e.g. raspberries, blueberries, currants, apples
- Icing sugar for topping
Stir the Exquisa Fromage Frais with the egg-yolk, icing sugar, cream stabilizer and the stiff egg white. Portion it and fill it into small dishes.
Spread the washed and prepared fruits on the cream and place it under the preheated grill for a short while.
Decorate with icing sugar.
