Ingredients (for 2 people)
- 100 Exquisa Cream Cheese, with yoghurt (14% fat)
- 1 tsp. fig mustard (alternative orange jam)
- 8 slice baguette
- 2 pears
- 8 slice smoked turkey breast
- fresh mint leaves
Mix the cream cheese with the mustard, spice it and spread it on the toasted baguette slices.
Wash the pears, cut into halves, core, cut them in thin slices and place them with the turkey breast on the bread. Serve them with some mint leaves.
