Pasta and Sauce with herbs
Ingredients (for 2 people)
- 250 green linguine pasta
- 100 cream
- 100 Exquisa "Creamy" Cream Cheese, with yoghurt, with herbs (14% fat)
- 50 Exquisa Mascarpone
- 50 rocket
- pinch salt and pepper
Place pasta in salted boiling water and cook according to manufacturers instructions. Drain and set aside.
Mix Exquisa Cream Cheese with herbs and Exquisa Mascarpone with some olive oil and melt it in a pot. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Add to pasta.
Wash and roughly chop rocket and add before serving.
