- 500 g Exquisa Mascarpone
- 150 ml cream
- 80 g sugar
- 30 ml amaretto (almond-liqueur)
- 150 ml strong coffee or espresso
- 200 g ladyfinger biscuits
- 2 tbs. cocoa
Mix the Exquisa Mascarpone with cream, sugar and half of the amaretto. Mix the rest of the amaretto with the coffee. Put half of the ladyfingers biscuits in a smooth casserole dish.
Sprinkle the ladyfingers biscuits with half of the coffee mix and cover them with half of the mascarpone-cream. Repeat the layers and finish with the creamy one.
Place the Tiramisu for a few hours into the refrigerator and dust with cocoa before serving.
Tip: for a "light" alternative of Tiramisu you can also use milk instead of cream.
