Tower of Strawberry Ice Cream

Ingredients (for 6 people)
- 500 g strawberries
- 500 g Fromage Frais Natural
- 1 package vanilla instant custard
- 125 g soft brown sugar
- 125 g cream
- 4 tbs. apricot liqueur
Preparation
Clean and wash the strawberries, puree 450g and leave 50g for later use. Stir the Exquisa Fromage Frais, instant custard, whipped cream, sugar and apricot liqueur to the puréed strawberries. Line a cup or a small bowl with clingfilm, fill with the prepared cream and freeze for about 3 hours.
Empty out the frozen cream and garnish with the reserved strawberries.
